COMPETITIVE BIDDING NOTICE – Request for Proposals (RFP) for FEL3 & Detailed Design
The Primient-Synonym Joint Venture (iPROOF), supported by funding from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) under Award Number ED25HDQ0G0005, is soliciting proposals for Front-End Loading Phase 3 (FEL3) and Detailed Design services for the iPROOF facility.
Qualified firms are invited to submit proposals in accordance with 2 CFR 200 procurement standards and EDA requirements. The awarded contract will support the design and engineering efforts necessary to recommission and expand the iPROOF facility for contract microbial fermentation manufacturing.
